1. 适用范围
MoonTarot 是一款用于塔罗抽牌、自我反思和娱乐的应用，由 MoonTarot 开发者运营。常规抽牌、牌义、备注和历史功能无需注册账号。
2. 保存在你设备上的数据
应用会在当前设备本地保存解读历史、问题、牌阵、牌面、AI 解读结果、补充牌、备注、桌布与显示设置，以及今日一牌缓存。这些本机历史不会被 MoonTarot 账号系统上传，因为当前版本没有账号或云同步。
你可以在“解读历史”中删除单条记录，也可以在“设置”中清空全部本机历史。卸载应用通常也会清除这些本地数据，但具体行为取决于操作系统的备份与恢复设置。
3. 可选的 AI 解读
只有在你主动点击生成 AI 解读、继续追问或抽取 AI 补充牌时，应用才会联网发送完成该请求所需的信息，包括当前问题、牌阵、牌名与正逆位、牌位，以及继续解读所需的上一轮内容。首次发送前，应用会显示联网说明。
请求先通过运行在 Cloudflare Workers 上的 MoonTarot API，再转发至 DeepSeek API 生成结果。MoonTarot Worker 没有用于保存请求正文或解读结果的数据库，也不会把这些内容写入应用级持久存储。
请勿输入敏感信息：不要在问题或追问中填写身份证件、银行卡、精确住址、医疗记录、账号密码，或他人的私密信息。
4. 应用内 AI 内容举报
当你主动选择“报告 AI 内容”时，MoonTarot 会保存你选择的原因、可选说明、应用版本、平台和语言，以便开发者审核安全问题。应用默认不会附带你的问题或生成内容；只有你在举报对话框中明确开启后，才会附带生成内容。举报最长保留 90 天，之后自动删除。
5. 第三方处理与跨境传输
- Cloudflare 提供 API 网络、安全与运行基础设施，可能为安全、可靠性和故障排查处理网络地址、请求时间、状态码等技术信息。
- DeepSeek 处理发送给 AI 模型的输入并返回解读。DeepSeek 的公开隐私说明表明，相关数据可能在中国境内处理，保留时间会依数据类型、处理目的和法律要求而变化。
第三方会依据各自条款和隐私政策处理数据。你可以查看 DeepSeek Privacy Policy 和 Cloudflare Privacy Policy。
6. 我们不做的事情
- 当前版本不含广告 SDK、跨应用追踪或行为广告。
- 我们不出售你的问题、牌面、备注或 AI 解读。
- 我们不会在未触发 AI 功能时发送你的本机历史。
- AI 输出仅用于反思和娱乐，不构成医疗、法律、财务、心理或其他专业建议。
7. 儿童
MoonTarot 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如果你所在地区要求更高的数字同意年龄，请在监护人允许和指导下使用。
8. 你的选择与权利
你可以不使用 AI，仍然使用抽牌、牌义、备注与本机历史。你也可以删除本机记录，或通过下方邮箱咨询访问、更正或删除与服务请求有关的信息。由于 MoonTarot 不创建账号，也不维护用户内容数据库，我们可能无法仅凭匿名请求识别某一次 AI 调用。

1. Scope
MoonTarot is a tarot drawing, reflection, and entertainment app operated by the MoonTarot developer. Core drawing, card meaning, remark, and history features do not require an account.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores reading history, questions, spreads, cards, AI results, supplement cards, personal remarks, display preferences, and Daily card cache locally on the current device. This version has no account system or cloud sync.
You can delete individual readings in Reading history or clear local history in Settings. Uninstalling the app normally removes local data, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior.
3. Optional AI readings
Data is sent only when you explicitly request an AI reading, follow-up, or AI clarifier. The request may include the current question, spread, card names and orientations, positions, and prior reading context needed to answer a follow-up. A network notice is shown before the first request.
The request passes through the MoonTarot API running on Cloudflare Workers and is then sent to the DeepSeek API. The MoonTarot Worker has no database for request bodies or reading results and does not write that content to application-level persistent storage.
Do not submit sensitive data: avoid identity documents, payment details, precise addresses, medical records, passwords, or another person's private information.
4. In-app AI content reports
If you choose “Report AI content,” MoonTarot stores the selected reason, optional description, app version, platform, and locale so the developer can review safety issues. The app does not include your question or generated text by default. Generated text is included only when you explicitly enable that option in the report dialog. Reports are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.
5. Service providers and international processing
- Cloudflare provides network, security, and runtime infrastructure and may process technical information such as network address, request time, and response status for security, reliability, and diagnostics.
- DeepSeek processes model inputs and returns generated readings. Its published privacy notice states that relevant data may be processed in China and that retention varies according to data type, purpose, and legal requirements.

6. What we do not do
- This version contains no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising.
- We do not sell questions, card data, remarks, or AI readings.
- Local history is not transmitted unless the user invokes an AI feature that needs the relevant context.
- AI output is for reflection and entertainment, not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
7. Children
MoonTarot is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal data. Where a higher digital-consent age applies, use the app only with a guardian's permission and guidance.
8. Your choices and rights
You can decline AI features and continue using local drawing, meanings, remarks, and history. You can delete local records or contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests relating to the service. Because MoonTarot has no accounts or user-content database, we may be unable to identify a particular anonymous AI request.
